The work of an RMT is to act on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Our RMTs work with patients of various ages from teens to geriatrics. They relate well to and develop strong connections with patients that have helped them to achieve very positive results in those they have worked with. Our massage therapists are responsible for treating patients with a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, degenerative conditions, and traumatic injuries. Commonly seen conditions that fall within their area of expertise include treating patients with back and neck pain, headaches, rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, hip and knee arthritis, and ankle injuries. Our RMTs follow an evidence-based approach to practice, and have lots of experience treating patients with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions often seen by family physicians.

Massage therapists at our clinic are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). This means they have completed a long educational program (3 years), fulfilled competency-based educational requirements as recognized by the Government of Ontario and are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
