Quadruped
To preform this exercise, start on your hands and knees. Ensure that your hands are directly below your shoulders and your neck is aligned with your back. Lift your right arm and left leg for 3 seconds, lift your left arm and right leg for 3 seconds, and repeat.

 

Segmental Rotation
This exercise begins with lying on your back with your knees bent. Keeping your shoulders to the floor, twist yourself so that your knees fall towards the floor on your right side. Be sure to engage your core muscles and only go as far as you can while keeping your shoulders on the floor. Repeat the exercise on each side.

 

Plank
Planking is extremely good for building core muscles. Do this by lying on your stomach and then extending your arms out so that you hover completely parallel to the floor. Ensure that your head, beck, and back are aligned. Tighten your abdominal muscles and hold the position. If this is too difficult, try modifying your plank by doing it on your elbows and knees instead.
